The victory was not as easy as in the first round, but nevertheless, GAM Esports successfully subdued their fierce rival Team Secret for the second time this season.
The biggest surprise of the match was that “Hidden Secret” played exceptionally well, winning the first game decisively. It seemed that Artifact and his teammates could replicate Team Flash’s miracle by defeating GAM Esports for the second time this season, but a disastrous second game shattered all hopes.
Coated and Artifact – the most trusted names on the TS side at this time – made a critical mistake with a disastrous turret dive, gifting 2 kills to Kiaya, allowing GAM Esports to completely regain control and equalize 1-1.

Moving to game 3, the “final boss strategy” was once again employed by coach Yuna, with Zeros replacing Kiaya in the Top Lane. While not outstanding in KDA, the first blood Zeros secured helped GAM gain an early advantage to snowball the game.
In addition, Zeros showed the audience that even after a long break from competitive play, his skills had not diminished at all. Irelia in Zeros’ hands continued to impress with high-level mechanics, and in the split-pushing role, Zeros created a lot of space for his teammates to secure critical objectives on the map, leading to a 2-1 victory for GAM.

The victory over Team Secret not only solidified GAM’s position as number one in the VCS Spring 2020 standings but also resolved the dilemma known as Kiaya – Zeros thoroughly. Both top laners are in peak form, and choosing one over the other is unfortunate, but GAM’s coaching staff thinks differently. They utilize both players to leverage each individual’s strengths, and it continues to yield the desired results.
