Trade Galaxy – Players get a free reroll once each round
Essentially, in this galaxy, players will spend less gold to roll for their desired team composition, thereby allowing 2-star units to appear relatively early. In general, with the same amount of gold compared to normal, you will have more options in building your team, and it frequently happens that you can pivot your strategy after rolling too many champions of the same type.

The basic playstyle will have two main approaches: rolling hard to achieve 3-star units early or leveling up quickly to acquire expensive 2-star units. In the first approach, compositions like Guardian – Celestial or Blademaster with Master Yi and Yasuo will be popular choices to reroll heavily for early 3-star units. With champions in patch 10.8 increasing damage to the Spirit Beast when surviving, this playstyle is viable and not too weak in the later stages.

The second approach is to level up quickly to acquire expensive 2-star units, typically 4-cost units that can carry the game like Kayle, Irelia, Jhin… Essentially, you will play similarly to before but focus on leveling up more in the late game after reaching 50 gold, rather than spending 1 or 2 rounds just rolling for champions to upgrade your team.

Island Galaxy – Upon reaching level 5, players receive a Natural Armor
In Island Galaxy, you’ll see strong, complete compositions emerge early, usually around level 7, which can snowball effectively. Currently, there are also two main playstyles in Island Galaxy, relying heavily on the nature of the compositions rather than the financial aspect.
The first playstyle is to reroll aggressively at level 7, relying on compositions with strong carries in the 3-cost champion tier. Key representatives include Sorcerer – Star Guardian (slow roll for a 3-star Syndra but still needs to level up to 8), Blademaster – Void (with Master Yi and Yasuo as key champions), and Pilot – Assassin (not highly recommended due to nerfs on Shaco and Super Robot). The characteristic of these compositions is that 4-cost units contribute effects rather than being the main carries.

The other playstyle remains to play as usual and choose strong compositions at level 8. With the addition of one more unit from the Natural Armor, you can add some effects to boost damage. Typical examples include Brawler – Gunner combined with Rebel or Cybernetic; the Cybernetic composition can also gain additional buffs like Divine, Time Warp, and Demonic to help the backline deal better damage.
