The Perfect Upgrade Named Celestial Cannon
With the old item build style (Guinsoo’s Rageblade, Guardian Angel, and Infinity Edge), Kayle is incredibly powerful but also completely countered by area-of-effect abilities when her base attack range is only 660. This is even more evident as Kassadin becomes increasingly popular, and his area-of-effect silence is a hard counter to Kayle.

However, with the upgrade from Celestial Cannon, Kayle has an extremely long attack range and can stand outside of opponents’ abilities or crowd control. The longer she survives in a fight, the more damage she can deal, and she can even “fan” the entire enemy team with her high attack speed and critical damage.
What to do when you don’t have Kayle yet?
Of course, “life is not a dream,” it is very rare for you to have Kayle with a 5% appearance rate just after reaching level 5 in the game. Therefore, managing this composition before you have enough gold to find that heavenly being is also an important issue. In the early game, you need to find at least 1 two-star Xayah; the more the better, as she is your team’s main damage dealer before Kayle arrives with her high damage and attack speed.

If you find key items for Kayle but haven’t found her yet, just give all those items to Xayah to maintain as much health as possible. You will likely still lose at this stage, but having extra damage to take down as many enemy units as possible will significantly reduce your losses. Even when you have Kayle, but only one star, don’t immediately give her the items; a two-star Xayah is still more effective than a one-star Kayle.

How to handle the late game
Kayle is actually a necessary condition for you to make it into the top 4, but to achieve top 1, you need to have Miss Fortune and Thresh to maximize damage and create major spikes. Another issue to pay attention to is the positioning of your main carries, which should be placed in safe spots to deal as much damage as possible. Ideally, you should place both Kayle and Miss Fortune in the corners of the board, ensuring you have items like Quicksilver and Trap Claw.

A special case is facing a Pilot – Spy composition, where you need to ensure two factors: one is having Thresh, and the other is having many strong crowd control units waiting in the wings. You need to place Thresh in the back row to protect your main carry units; when he pulls up a strong crowd control unit like Cho’Gath, Lulu, or Wukong, they can continue to control the opponent’s Spy units, thereby minimizing the enemy’s power as much as possible.
