After the conclusion of the qualifying stage, 12 outstanding teams have secured their spots in the VALORANT Champions Tour 2021: Vietnam Stage 2 Challengers Finals. These teams include: SBTC Esports, Fearus, Division X Gaming, Cerberus Esports, SYG, NHG, Kantic Gaming, 5Rs, EGO, FU, TiAMAT, and YMG. Among them, 4 teams: Fearus, EGO, Division X Gaming, and SYG have been confirmed as the seeded teams and will advance directly to the second round of the Finals.
According to the draw results from the organizers on the evening of April 17, SBTC Esports and 5Rs will kick off the VALORANT Champions Tour 2021: Vietnam Stage 2 Challengers Finals. Following them are the thrilling matches between NHG – TiAMAT, Kantic Gaming – Cerberus Esports, while FU will face off against YMG. All matches in the Finals will be decided using the Best of Three (BO3) format for the upper and lower brackets. The grand final will be held in a Best of Five (BO5) format.
The tournament will officially take place from 3 PM on April 20 to April 25. The winning team will have the honor of becoming the first champion of VALORANT in Vietnam, along with a cash prize of up to 200 million VND. Additionally, the top two teams at the VALORANT Champions Tour 2021: Vietnam Stage 2 Challengers will represent the country in the Southeast Asian Championship, which will take place from April 29 to May 2. This is also an opportunity for VALORANT representatives from Vietnam to step onto the world stage.
