Silent Cloak
With many reroll compositions being nerfed, the pace of Teamfight Tactics has slowed down significantly. Therefore, players now tend to hold gold, level up, and choose expensive champions with outstanding power. Names like Garen, Volibear, Heimerdinger, Taric… are the champions that benefit the most from this meta. Naturally, Silent Cloak becomes an essential weapon to counter these champions.

Basically, units with skills that create high utility and deal significant damage usually have extremely high maximum energy stats. Therefore, to counter these types of champions, Silent Cloak is an indispensable item to prevent dangerous abilities from being unleashed. This way, your carries will have more time to deal damage and secure victories in rounds. It is advisable to combine this item towards the end of the game and give it to a unit that can move flexibly on the battlefield.

Trap Claw (both regular and Shadow)
As mentioned above, champions with high burst potential are very favored in patch 11.12. Furthermore, the return of the Divine composition has helped Vel’Koz rise as a top carry in Teamfight Tactics. To counter Vel’Koz’s dominance, Trap Claw is an essential item as it can stun and interrupt the annoying Life Disruption Beam skill.

As for the Vengeful Trap Claw, this item has the disadvantage of not being able to stun enemy champions like the regular version. However, it is still an item you can combine at the end of the game, helping up to 3 champions in your composition avoid the opponent’s skills. In cases where you face a Reaver or Assassin composition, Vengeful Trap Claw is an item that can change the outcome of the match. This item is a very strong counter to Viego and helps ensure victory at the end of the game.
Lightning Bow
It seems that every aspect in patch 11.12 is in favor of players combining Lightning Bow to secure victories. With many champions that have high maximum energy being favored, the damage this item deals is not insignificant at all. It helps your frontline units deal damage effectively when the backline pieces are taken down very quickly. This is often the case when damage-dealing units like Karma and Vel’Koz are heavily utilized.

Even if you don’t need the frontline to deal damage, Lightning Bow is still an item worth combining due to its magic resistance reduction effect. Remember that in the current meta, magic carry champions like Karma, Vel’Koz, Heimerdinger, Teemo… are proving to be extremely strong. Having Lightning Bow will significantly improve the damage output of your composition. Of course, you should only combine this item after you have determined the carry you intend to play.
