Dragon Claw damage can stack
In Teamfight Tactics Season 5.5, Dragon Claw has been slightly reworked and has become much more useful. In addition to providing magic resistance, when a champion equipped with Dragon Claw takes magic or true damage from skills, this item will deal damage equal to 30% of their maximum health to the unit that cast the spell. Furthermore, any true damage from the effects of Vayne’s or Yasuo’s skills after they cast will also activate the damage effect from Dragon Claw.

The interesting part here is that if you equip multiple Dragon Claws on one champion, the damage will stack and can quickly eliminate the enemy team’s carry. Specifically, with 3 Dragon Claws, the champion will deal damage equal to 90% of their maximum health (before magic resistance is applied). Therefore, if you are facing powerful magic carries like Vel’Koz, Teemo, or Heimerdinger, stacking multiple Dragon Claws is an effective counter strategy.
Do not use Silent Cloak on enemies with the Archangel’s Staff
As we know, the effect of the Archangel’s Staff is to increase skill damage based on maximum mana when the champion casts their skills. Therefore, this item is very strong on certain units with a high maximum mana stat, such as Heimerdinger. The special note here is that when a champion equipped with the Archangel’s Staff is affected by Silent Cloak, they will receive additional skill damage when casting their abilities compared to normal.

This interaction was shared directly by the Project Director of Teamfight Tactics – Riot Mortdog. In this article, the Riot representative also mentioned that you should not equip the Archangel’s Staff on Karma. The reason is that Karma will reduce her own mana before casting, resulting in the skill damage she receives from the Archangel’s Staff being very low.
The Grave of the Undead counts as a unit
As we know, the Grave of the Undead is located in the left outer corner, second row from the bottom of the battlefield. A unique point about this Grave is that it counts as a unit in the formation, although the Mutant Undead can only be summoned after 2 allies are defeated. This interesting interaction makes the Undead tribe a relatively strong counter against Assassin compositions early in the game.

Specifically, Kha’Zix’s skill will deal triple damage to a target that is considered isolated. However, placing a unit next to the Grave of the Undead means that unit will no longer be considered isolated, regardless of whether the Mutant Undead has been summoned or not. Therefore, if you want to protect your carry from being quickly taken down by Kha’Zix early in the game, keep that unit standing next to the Grave of the Undead.
