Berserkers – Marksmen
In Season 6, the Berserkers faction was associated with the Assassin composition, featuring powerful units like Shaco and Akali. However, in Teamfight Tactics Season 6.5, the playstyle of this faction has completely changed as Shaco and Akali have been removed and replaced with incredibly strong backline or versatile units like Ashe and Morgana. As a result, the Berserkers composition will shift to revolve around the duo of Ashe and Jhin as the backline carries, supported by Orianna and Morgana.

Gameplay-wise, this team composition will adopt a slow roll style up to level 6 to quickly get Ashe to 3 stars. With items that significantly increase attack damage like Infinity Edge or Deathblade, Ashe can continuously cast spells and take down enemy teams quite easily. In the late game, with the assistance of Jhin and Orianna, Ashe’s damage output becomes even more powerful. Additionally, activating the Scholar effect with Zyra is also advisable for this composition.

Technology – Assault
Perhaps because it was newly added by Riot Games in Season 6.5, the Technology faction possesses remarkable strength in the early game with a considerable amount of shields. Furthermore, incorporating Rek’Sai into the Technology composition activates both the Brawler and Assault systems, providing players with a very strong early game featuring high health and damage units. Riot Games has even favored the Technology faction by granting them two powerful 4-cost units for the late game: Sivir and Alistar.

According to the experience of top players who have tried this composition on the PBE server, you should not take too many attack damage items for the carries. The reason is that the Assault effect already provides significant attack damage, so items that increase attack speed or healing would be much more optimal for this team composition. Additionally, Vi is also a valuable unit in the Technology composition as she costs 4 gold and activates the Blademaster and Brawler systems with high practical effectiveness.

VIP Brand
From the name alone, we can tell that this composition will feature Brand with the VIP effect from the Elegant faction as the main carry. This is because when made VIP, Brand can launch 2 fireballs and deal additional damage, stunning opponents. When fully leveled and equipped with Blue Buff, Brand can continuously cast spells and quickly deplete the enemy team’s health. You don’t even need to reach the threshold of 4 Sorcerers to effectively operate this composition since Brand’s additional damage is already substantial.

Therefore, if you plan to use the VIP Brand team in the upcoming Season 6.5, the advice is to activate the 3 Elegant threshold as soon as possible. Then you should prioritize reaching the 2 Scholar threshold so that other units besides Brand can cast spells more frequently to support Brand maximally. Your final priority should be reaching the 2 Sorcerer threshold to complete the composition. Hyper-roll is the main playstyle of this team composition as Brand needs to be pushed to 3 stars as soon as possible.
