After some time since its launch, the Teamfight Tactics meta has clearly divided into two styles: reroll and pushing quickly to level 9. Many champions have shone brightly thanks to the reroll playstyle, such as Sett, Nidalee, Ezreal, Ryze… and most recently, we have Lee Sin in the 6 Dragon Warrior build. So how do we effectively use this build? Let’s find out.

First, we need to understand how the Lee Sin – Dragon Warrior build operates, which is to use Lee Sin’s knockback ability and area damage as the main source of damage. Therefore, Lee Sin’s positioning is extremely important as it will optimize the damage output of this unit. Besides Lee Sin, Yasuo is also a very strong carry in the late game that players should pay attention to.
In the early game, players will start with low-cost yet quality Dragon Warrior units like Sett, Ashe, or Karma. You can also activate the 3 Dragon Soul and 2 Guardian bonus with Taric and Leona to ensure the build has the best possible tankiness. The Dragon Warrior emblem in this phase should be given to Karma, as this unit uses the Gemstone Gloves and Infinity Edge (Lee Sin’s “core” item) quite effectively. If you only have the Infinity Edge, then combine it and the Dragon Warrior emblem for Sett.

In the mid game, you need to supplement key units like Lee Sin, Swain, and even Volibear if possible to quickly reach the 6 Dragon Warrior threshold. If you cannot find the above units, you at least need to roll for Lee Sin to serve as your damage dealer. You can use other cheap yet quality units like Ezreal, Taric, and Leona to maintain health until you complete the 6 Dragon Warriors.

Once you reach level 8, you should aim to complete the build with Yasuo and Neeko to maximize the power of your carries. During the reroll for 3-star Lee Sin at level 7, you should also keep an eye on buying Swain, as this champion provides significant damage in the later stages of the game. As mentioned earlier, in addition to upgrading champions, you must also observe the opponents’ formations and position Lee Sin as effectively as possible.

Regarding core technology choice, upgrading the Dragon Warrior Heart is crucial as it helps players save spots in the build and reach the 6 champion threshold faster. Additionally, the New Life core is very suitable for this build since champions receiving the Dragon Warrior Emblem will have a significant amount of health. Furthermore, cores that provide items should also be considered since Lee Sin, as the carry, requires essential items.
