Zeus Shares About His Drama-Filled Transfer Season with T1
As we know, at the end of the 2024 season, after T1 had just won the World Championship, a transfer drama erupted involving the team and Zeus. From being a top player revered by T1 fans, Zeus was later criticized by those who once supported him wholeheartedly. Coupled with information from the T1 CEO, Zeus faced significant backlash even after joining HLE. Although he has somewhat been “vindicated,” according to Zeus, it remains the most challenging period of his career to date.
Zeus stated: “After the transfer, I went through a tough time. In those days, to put it briefly, a lot of false information was circulating. When I saw that, I wanted to clarify […] But I think I just tried to adapt to get through it.”

According to many opinions, the drama at the start of the season, combined with T1’s response to T1Gall, is one of the reasons Gumayusi decided to join HLE despite repeatedly expressing his love for T1.
In fact, Zeus’s comments were somewhat predictable after the transfer drama with T1 erupted. However, since the team has since found success, things have calmed down for now.
