One of the most noticeable playstyles of T1 in LCK Spring 2024 is that this team is maximizing the vast champion pool of its players, especially in the Bot Lane position. The T1 bot lane duo is also the pair that has used the most Bot Lane combos in LCK Spring 2024 so far, with a total of 11 champion pairs introduced. However, this does not mean that other positions in T1 have a more limited champion pool. The reason for the fewer champions in other lanes for T1 might be due to the meta not being suitable, and Zeus or Faker sometimes play a crucial role, deciding the outcome of the match, so T1 does not want to take risks.

Nevertheless, according to Zeus in a recent stream, T1 still has many unused strategies as well as numerous champions that have not been brought into professional matches. Zeus stated: “After reading the content of the patch update, I feel that the champions in my memory have been buffed. For example, Camille and Shen, as well as Darius and Garen. These champions have been significantly enhanced, and I feel that many new names could appear in the next patch. I am really looking forward to Camille.”

The champions that Zeus mentioned have long been out of the meta and are occasionally only used by a few players who truly excel with them, such as Adams (Garen, Darius). Besides, they have almost disappeared from the professional arena after a long period of being weakened. However, with Zeus’s comments, fans can look forward to the return of these once-forgotten names.

Additionally, Zeus pointed out how to counter the “200 years of experience” champion that is currently dominating – K’Sante: “K’Sante is only strong once he reaches level 6 and above. Therefore, in the early stages, this champion is very weak. When I use Zac, it’s because this champion provides a very good early game. Thus, choosing Zac to counter K’Sante makes sense.”

It can be said that T1 is still trying to find as many solutions as possible, suitable for each opponent and specific strategies. Of course, not every experiment proves effective. But clearly, T1 has a reasonable strategy, which remains very effective with its unique playstyle so far.
