Recently, T1 played their first match after the Lunar New Year break, facing off against Dplus KIA. In fact, DK is no longer the strong opponent they were a few years ago. The victory for Faker and his teammates was anticipated, and they even won decisively. Of course, the audience was keen on the gameplay and performance of the players from both teams, especially T1. The young star lineup, led by Faker, did not disappoint the fans, particularly since there were reports before the match that Keria was not in top condition.

After the match, two players, Zeus and Faker, also reached new milestones. First, Zeus became the player with the most solo kills so far in the LCK Spring 2024, with a total of 13 victories against opponents in 1v1 situations. This shows that Zeus always finds a way to gain an advantage over his opponents and is ready to take bold actions. Zeus’s stats are significantly higher than the second place, Clear (FearX – 8 times). Additionally, another surprise is that Keria is also on this list as the only Support player featuring 4 solo kills.

As for Faker, he is also the player with the highest POG (Player of the Game) score so far in the LCK Spring 2024 – with 500 points. The player behind Faker is none other than Chovy and Pyosik, both with 400 points. Faker’s performance against DK was a clear testament to the skill and experience of the “Chairman”.

Although he didn’t completely dominate ShowMaker, Faker had several instances of baiting that led ShowMaker and DK into traps, resulting in losing team fights or helping Oner’s successful ganks. Even T1 fans had to admit, “Faker’s career slope is too long!”.

The victory over DK helps T1 rise to the top position of the LCK Spring 2024 standings. This will provide a strong psychological boost, especially since T1 still has a long journey ahead in the second round.
