When mentioning the name Zeros, it seems that at this moment, people only remember the punishment for the former SBTC Esports star’s careless words. In fact, Zeros is the first case in LoL Vietnam to receive such a penalty, before his brother Minas also faced a similar punishment for gambling behavior. Recently, Zeros once again drew attention after returning from a Gala event of a leading livestream platform in Vietnam.

Specifically, on his personal page, Zeros shared a controversial status. He stated: “If one day my child (Zeros) asks me what the greatest title I am most proud of in my youth is, it’s not the solo kill against TheShy, not the 3 or 4 VCS championships, nor being the most ferocious toplaner ever produced by VCS, but it might be the GLOBAL BAN that I want to answer!”.

It can be seen that from a punishment that ended Zeros’ career, he now views it as his proudest achievement and moment of youth. The majority opinion suggests that this is clearly a skewed perspective, especially for someone as well-known in the Vietnamese LoL scene as Zeros. Some even worry that Zeros’ viewpoint could be seen as indirectly encouraging the creation of controversial content based on personal mistakes.

Nevertheless, a portion of Zeros’ fans still defend the player and assert that he can still create content based on the title “Global Ban” partly because of those who constantly bring up that punishment to mock Zeros. However, in response to these arguments, some opinions state: “Zeros can make money from any content, but as a person with influence, he needs to think carefully before speaking and cannot take a punishment for careless words as something to be proud of.”

– “Zeros taking Global Ban as something to be proud of for his children makes me feel embarrassed for Vietnamese LoL.”
– “Since when has a heavy penalty for ‘just a bit of careless talk’ become something to be proud of?”
– “People can make money from such content; if it doesn’t affect anything, then why should we attack them so harshly?”
– “World-class players take achievements to be proud of, while Vietnamese players take a career-ending punishment to be proud of.”
Currently, Zeros’ post continues to attract fierce debate in the LoL community. Yet many feel disheartened that one of the most talented players in the VCS can only garner attention through controversial content on social media.
