Miss Audition Ngọc Anh arrested
According to information from the Economic Police Department, Ho Chi Minh City Police reported that they have initiated legal proceedings and executed a temporary detention order for Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Anh (37 years old, from Hanoi) to expand the investigation into the business activities involving N2O (also known as “laughing gas”) at a bar in Saigon ward, Ho Chi Minh City. Along with Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Anh, four others were also arrested. For those who may not know or have forgotten, Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Anh is also known as Miss Audition Ngọc Anh, one of the early hot girls from Hanoi.
According to investigators, the individuals at the Lava establishment disguised laughing gas under different drink names in their sales software and invoices, while also obscuring transaction details during payments. The supply of N2O was maintained through discreet communication on Zalo, Telegram and delivered via technology-driven transportation, with employees hiding it in the kitchen or storage.
The police identified Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Anh as the leader, directly managing the operations, while other individuals participated to assist and benefit.
