The idea of making Flash a “must-have” for all players
This idea was proposed by a guy at around… 3 AM. Instead of contemplating his life, this player suggested that Flash should be something universally available rather than chosen by gamers.
Players would still be able to carry two other summoner spells in the game. This makes complete sense, as the vast majority of champions in League of Legends need Flash in every match, except for a few champions with terrain traversal abilities like Shaco or Tryndamere, …

If Flash became a universally available feature, some champions would escape the dilemma of having to choose their summoner spells. A top lane Darius could take Teleport and Ghost without worrying about being flamed by teammates, or AD carries would no longer have to stress over taking Heal for safety or Teleport to join fights or simply to return to lane.
However, this may not necessarily be good for players. Sometimes the consideration between taking Heal or Teleport is what makes ADs feel challenged, but it’s also what keeps them engaged with the game.

Additionally, having two teams with up to 20 summoner spells in a match (not including universally available Flash) would somewhat make a League of Legends match harder to control and grasp. The cooldown times on summoner spells in critical positions, or chaotic fights with many spells being used, would diminish the pure value of League of Legends.
For some champions, having an additional summoner spell wouldn’t necessarily make them stronger or change their gameplay significantly. A catlike Yuumi wouldn’t become more annoying with Flash, always being in a vulnerable position when her teammates go down.

This might be a decent idea, but to make it a reality and implement it would require a lot of time and contributions from the gaming community.
