Besides being the starting point for all champions, the Nexus is also the strongest defensive structure in League of Legends, ready to take down any enemy that dares to approach it. With 1000 true damage every 0.5 seconds, you can understand that charging into the Nexus only leads to death. Even the Guardian Angel, which provides a resurrection ability, is powerless against it, so you can see how powerful this structure is.

However, for gamers, breaking the game’s limits is quite normal. We have discovered that this structure does not prioritize attacking champions, which is why Ryze’s ultimate ability, Realm Warp, is an effective tool for seizing the Nexus.

Recently, the “bug master” Vandiril found a simpler way to approach this sacred ground without taking any damage, and it’s so simple that it only requires one eye.
The method Vandiril used for this incredible feat consists of 4 steps:
Step 1: Place a regular ward/control ward at the enemy Nexus.
Step 2: Control your champion to place the ward in the warning zone of the Nexus.
Step 3: When you reach that warning zone, quickly back away to avoid taking damage.
Step 4: Stand still in one spot.

With these 4 steps, the Nexus will not be able to attack your teammates if you just stand still, allowing your teammates to dive in and take down opponents right in their sacred ground. The special thing is that you can only use this trick with the Blue team’s Nexus; it is ineffective with the Red team for some reason.
Although this is a pretty interesting discovery, in reality, it is a new game bug in League of Legends. It’s not too significant, as in most cases, people would prefer to destroy the enemy’s Nexus to win rather than foolishly dive into the enemy’s Nexus. However, a bug is still a bug, whether big or small, and we hope that Riot Games will quickly fix it as soon as possible.
