While most compositions in Teamfight Tactics have at least one way to counter them, if we break down the compositions by each origin, we will find that there are some origins with powers that cannot be countered by anything at all. When facing those origins, it is best to possess overwhelming strength from all sides rather than countering a single aspect.
Here is a list of origins that have strength that cannot be altered by enemies:
Void

Comprising only 3 champions: Kha’Zix, Cho’Gath, and Vel’Koz, the Void origin still maintains its place in the meta due to its massive damage output. Unlike physical or magic damage, which can be countered to some extent, the true damage from the Void directly hits the health of any enemy champion on the board. Therefore, in Teamfight Tactics, you cannot counter that true damage source; you can only eliminate or prolong the skill usage of Void champions.
Assassin

As one of the most widely used origins at high ranks, the power of Assassins is something that opponents cannot counter. No matter how much energy they have, just being hit once will increase their next skill energy cost by 40%. Even when the strength is reduced from activating 4 down to 2 Assassins, this origin still dominates many servers. The reason is that many Assassin champions can combine with various hot meta compositions, from Kassadin (Star Guardian), Irelia (Blademaster) to Thresh (Chrono).
Pirate

As one of the most high-risk, high-reward playstyles in Teamfight Tactics, Pirates do not gain power in combat but only have (the opportunity to) gain strength after each round. However, Pirates are also considered an origin that cannot be countered by opponents, because whether the opponent likes it or not, every time a Pirate champion takes down an enemy, there is a 50% chance to drop 1 gold and 20% chance to drop an item component (at 4 Pirate activation).
Dark Star

Featuring a composition filled with powerful carries in Teamfight Tactics, the Dark Star origin possesses a highly enviable trait that cannot be countered by anything on the board. This is because in TFT, there are items that block magic damage and critical damage, but there is nothing that can block the straightforward damage from Jhin; even a hundred armor can be pierced by the Green Gun.
Specifically, when a Dark Star champion is defeated, other champions will gain an additional 25/30/35 (depending on the number of activations) physical damage and % skill power. These are extremely powerful stats that opponents cannot prevent.
Rebel

With a trait that makes them immune to various hard crowd control effects from champions like Lulu, Cho’Gath, and Wukong, Aurelion Sol can freely fly around the board to unleash damage. Even unique skills like Ekko’s Time Warp cannot stop Aurelion Sol from gaining energy and spamming skills continuously. Therefore, Rebels remain a highly potential composition throughout recent meta shifts.
As for other origins’ traits, you can counter them with items like Smoke Bomb from Graves against Blademaster Gunner, Silence Cloak against Sorcerer, and Quicksilver against effects,… Although the combinations of origins in a composition are “ever-changing”, the powers of the origins mentioned above are unshakeable.
