Kayle
Although Kayle has great potential, she has not been favored by Teamfight Tactics players. The main reason is likely due to Kayle’s heavy reliance on the Ascended trait to deal effective damage. Without this upgrade, Kayle appears quite weak even when fully equipped and at 3 stars.
Therefore, in the upcoming Patch 13.9, Riot Games will significantly buff Kayle’s interaction with items. Specifically, the attack damage scaling from Kayle’s skill will increase from 155% to 175% in the next version. This change allows Kayle to deal effective damage without overly depending on the Hero Trait.
Camille
With the nerf to the Hacker trait, Camille has also been notably affected. This champion is no longer utilized as frequently as before. Camille will now play more of a surprise role against opponents rather than being a core unit used in every match.
From Riot’s perspective, they want Camille to be used more, so in the upcoming Patch 13.9 of Teamfight Tactics, this character will receive a considerable power boost. Firstly, Camille’s skill damage will be significantly increased. Additionally, the stun duration from her ability will be raised to 2 seconds at 3 stars. This is expected to be the necessary buffs for Camille to return to the meta.
Jax
After being significantly nerfed, Jax is no longer the powerhouse he once was. Furthermore, with the emergence of Warwick, players are prioritizing this champion as their main carry over Jax. However, this could change in Patch 13.9 as Riot Games has decided to buff Jax.
Specifically, the bonus damage on Jax’s third auto-attack will be increased at 1 and 2 stars. This will allow Jax to deal better damage in the early and mid-game. This damage will become quite significant if Jax has the Infinity Edge and items that increase attack speed. The “spell” playstyle of Jax may very well make a comeback in the next patch.
