Just a few hours ago, patch 10.6 was officially updated on Riot Games’ servers, expected to reach the Vietnam League of Legends server in about 2-3 days. The most notable change is the rework of Wukong with significant updates to his W – Decoy ability. Following that are some critical nerfs to Garen and Darius, champions that are currently too strong in the top lane. Specific information:
Changes to Ranked
Now, the number of “Blind Pick” players on both teams will always be equal, avoiding the situation where one side has more players in off-roles while the other does not, leading to unfair matches. Riot is testing this in solo queue in this patch; if the system works well, it will be updated to other modes as well.
Champion Changes
Anivia
R – Frostbite: Slow duration increased from 2s to 3s.
Aphelios
Severum: Healing amount reduced from 8-25% (level 1-18) of damage dealt to 3-20% (level 1-18) of damage dealt.
Infernum: Splash damage to minions reduced from 45% to 30%.
Cresendum: Enhanced damage of Chakram reduced from 30-173% to 24-164% of total damage.

Darius
W – Crippling Strike: Bonus damage reduced from 50/55/60/65/70% to 40/45/50/55/60% of total AD, energy cost increased from 30 to 40.
E – Apprehend: Energy cost increased from 45 at all levels to 70/60/50/40/30 energy.
Draven
W – Blood Rush: Bonus movement speed increased from 40/45/50/55/60% to 50/55/60/65/70%.
Garen
Magic resistance per level reduced from 1.25 to 0.75.
E – Judgment: Critical damage reduced from 50% to 33%.

Hecarim
R – Onslaught of Shadows: Fear duration increased from 1.5s to 2s.
Kayn
The speed of receiving power orbs from passive will increase by 15% during minutes 10-13.
Kindred
Bonus damage per level increased from 2.26 to 2.5.
Base energy regeneration increased to 7 energy every 5s.

Morgana
Movement speed increased from 330 to 335.
E – Black Shield: Shield amount increased from 60/120/180/240/300 to 80/135/190/245/300.
Ryze
Energy regeneration per level increased from 0.8 to 1.
W – Rune Prison: Damage increased from 80/100/120/140/160 to 80/110/140/170/200

Senna
Bonus damage from souls reduced from 1 to 0.75.
Delay time between two consecutive soul pickups on a champion increased from 4s to 6/5/4s at levels 1/6/11.

Shaco
R – Hallucinate: Damage of the clone reduced from 75% to 60% of champion damage.
Soraka
Q – Starcall: Base healing increased from 40/50/60/70/80 to 50/60/70/80/90. Bonus movement speed increased from 10-20% to 15-25%.
Twisted Fate
W – Pick a Card
Interaction rate with AP of the blue card increased from 0.5 to 0.9
Interaction rate with AP of the red card increased from 0.5 to 0.6.

Urgot
Q – Corrosive Charge: Slow duration increased from 1s to 1.25s.
E – Disdain: Stun duration increased from 0.75s to 1s.
Veigar
Base damage increased from 50.71 to 52.
Bonus damage per level increased from 2.692 to 27.
Base armor increased from 22.55 to 23.
Q – Baleful Strike: Base damage increased from 70/110/150/190/230 to 80/120/160/200/240.

W – Arcane Barrage: Enhanced damage in the center area increased from 50% to 66.67%
R – Rite of the Arcane: Damage per shot increased from 200/240/280 (+0.43 AP) to 200/250/300 (+0.45 AP).

Buffs for Top Lane
Death Dance
New recipe: Caulfield’s Warhammer + Legion’s Shield + Bloodthirster + 500 gold recipe.
Bonus damage reduced from 80 to 50, now adds 30 armor and magic resist.
Now ranged champions can only convert 20% of the damage taken into damage over time, instead of 30% as before.

Teleport
Cooldown changed from 360s to 420-240s (levels 1-18).
New: Within 3s after teleporting, gain an additional 30-50% movement speed based on level, increasing by 10% at levels 6 and 11.
