JackeyLove (Invictus Gaming to Top Esports)
JackeyLove was one of the first members of IG in 2018 to leave the team to “rescue” his career. This can be considered a wise decision by JackeyLove. Since moving to TES, the ADC who once reached the peak of the world with IG has regained his form and become an indispensable pillar in the TES lineup.
Currently, JackeyLove remains a key player for TES and is regarded as one of the top ADCs in the LPL. While TES has undergone continuous changes, JackeyLove himself remains an irreplaceable pillar. It’s safe to say that the success or failure of TES in the 2022 season, as well as in previous seasons, heavily depends on the performance of ADC JackeyLove.

Uzi (Newbee to Royal Never Give Up)
Uzi returned to RNG after a long time wandering from Oh My God to Newbee. This can be seen as one of the most successful transfers in the history of the “royal team” and the LPL in general. Although he never lifted the trophy with RNG at the World Championship, during his time with this team, Uzi rose to legendary status and became the “legend of legends” ADC. However, this is also a place that may evoke many indescribable emotions for Uzi in the future.

Uzi achieved most of his glory while wearing the RNG jersey, but this team is also notorious for the nightmare contracts that players who once belonged to RNG dread. Uzi himself later spoke out against RNG regarding restrictive contracts that prevented him from returning to professional play after recovering from injury. It wasn’t until the end of the 2021 season that Uzi returned to the familiar heights of League of Legends and continued his dream of winning the World Championship.
KaKAO – Rookie (KT Rolster Arrow to Invictus Gaming)
In fact, IG did not intend to recruit Rookie but only aimed for KaKAO – the jungler who had just left KTA to seek opportunities to attend the World Championship. However, to increase the value of this deal, KTA included Rookie in the transfer agreement with IG. Thus, in the offseason transfer period of 2014, IG brought in the Korean jungle-mid duo: Rookie – KaKAO.

However, while KaKAO could not stay long in the white jersey of the team, Rookie became an irreplaceable pillar in IG’s roster. In fact, he even became a member of IG’s golden generation, alongside TheShy, JackeyLove, and others, ending the LCK’s domination at the World Championship. Even as TheShy, Ning, and others gradually lost their form, Rookie remained one of the top mid laners, known for his incredible team-carrying performances.

As for KaKAO, after one season with IG, he wandered through various average and smaller teams, and now, KaKAO has almost stepped away from the professional scene, even though he has not officially retired.
Notably, although both SofM and TheShy are considered “gods” of the LPL, they were not mentioned. Currently, both have returned to wear the same jersey for Weibo Gaming but have yet to reach the peak performance that fans expect.
