These are the strongest champions in TFT Season 13 but cost “next to nothing”
Violet
When mentioning the strongest champions in TFT Season 13, with incredibly low costs, and the ability to synergize with multiple traits to create powerful lineups, Violet is a must-mention. From the Family lineup to Iron Fist Brawler, Violet is strong across the board. Notably, even though Violet is just a 1-cost champion, she boasts good damage, healing capabilities, and crowd control. Furthermore, even in the late game, before the 6-cost champions appear, not many can defeat Violet, even if they are more expensive than her.
Camille
This champion from the Counterattack – Guardian trait turns out to be incredibly strong despite only costing 2 gold. With items like Infinity Edge/Bloodthirster/Claw/Divine Power, along with a strong enough trait synergy, Camille can obliterate the opposing team.
Camille’s strength is also diverse in that she has enough durability to stand in the 2nd row or further back and possesses good shielding capabilities. Similar to Violet, she remains powerful in the late game and can carry the team even against expensive champions with high stats.
Additionally, the Guardian trait has a mechanism for locking opponents’ items that is incredibly powerful. Therefore, the playstyle centered around Camille was once very popular and helped players achieve at least a top 4 finish if they built their team and positioned their champions correctly.
Lux
This is arguably the most frustrating champion in TFT Season 13. If combined with a 6 Guardian – 2 Sorcerer lineup, using the Unique Hero Upgrade, this champion can single-handedly wipe out the entire opposing team. Notably, the most powerful aspect of Lux lies in her ability to strengthen with each attack.
With 2 Archangels Staff as the main items, along with Bloodthirster/Rageblade to cast spells quickly or increase healing capabilities, Lux is viewed as the most “broken” champion in TFT Season 13. Players are eagerly awaiting the day Riot will “nerf” this champion in the upcoming patch.
