The Power of the Duelist Team
In TFT Season 11, Duelist is considered a very strong trait with its “offensive and defensive capabilities”. This is because, in addition to providing a significant amount of attack speed, the 6 Duelist threshold also helps champions of this trait reduce incoming damage by up to 12%. This allows the Duelist team to deal strong damage while also being incredibly resilient in the late game.

Furthermore, when combined with the Dragon trait, which also provides attack speed, the power of the Duelist team becomes incredibly formidable. Therefore, the Duelist – Dragon team is currently showing to be extremely powerful. Even in the Super Server in the LPL region, this team is rated as S tier (very strong).
Building the Duelist – Dragon Team
In the early game, players should start with the duo Darius and Yasuo as the foundation. In addition to activating the 2 Duelist threshold, these champions have excellent resilience and damage output. Upgrading them to 2 stars early will help players maintain health and even secure a long win streak in the early game.

In the mid-game, players should add Tristana and Volibear as soon as possible. These two champions play a crucial role in dealing damage and tanking, so they need significant investment in items and levels. A bonus for this duo is that they both cost 3 gold, so when rerolling at level 7, players will have a great chance to upgrade both to 3 stars.

After upgrading Tristana and Volibear, players can aim for level 8 or 9. At that point, quality additions like Lee Sin, Wukong, or Irelia will be incredibly strong to complete the team. In fact, if players have a long win streak and enough resources to reach level 9, Rakan will be an extremely valuable addition to this team. A handy tip for this team is that players should place Tristana in the second row to gain additional lifesteal effects from the Noble trait.

Items and Augments
For Tristana, players should assemble the items Guinsoo’s Rageblade, Infinity Edge, and Giant Slayer to ensure high damage output. Volibear will use tank items such as Warmog’s Blood Armor, Titan’s Resolve, and Stoneplate. In terms of Augments, any upgrades that grant Duelist Emblems are highly valuable. Additionally, Chemist or Duelist Long Range are also extremely strong options for this team.
