It was thought that after the rework, the Chrono tribe would show some development, like having a strong team comp, but in reality, this tribe still serves a supportive role. Providing attack speed while the other units are not actual strong carries makes it difficult for Chrono to form a powerful lineup.

In addition, the hyper-roll Xayah composition is still too strong, so on the PBE servers, Riot Games is implementing a series of adjustments to address these two issues. Naturally, they are not directly nerfing Xayah since that approach isn’t as effective as the current 10.10 patch; instead, the supplementary units in the Shredder composition are the targets of these adjustments. Specific changes include:
Chrono
The time between two attack speed boosts at the 4/6 champion mark is reduced from 4/2s to 3.5/1.5s.
Graves
The blind duration of the ability is reduced from 3/4/5s to 2/3/5s.
Lucian
Ability damage increases from 150/200/325 to 150/255/375.

Jarvan IV
The bonus attack speed from the skill changes from 50/75/100% to 65/75/85%.

Blitzcrank
Ability damage decreases from 250/400/900 to 200/350/850.
Caitlyn
Ability damage decreases from 750/1500/3000 to 750/1500/2250.

The reduction in attack speed duration to 1.5s at the 6 champion mark is a significant buff as it will greatly increase the attack speed for your lineup. However, as mentioned earlier, the Chrono units are not particularly strong carries, so utilizing this stat is very poor. Without a strong carry like Kayle or Jinx, the Chrono tribe will forever remain in a supportive role.

More notably, both Jarvan IV and Caitlyn have been nerfed at the 3-star level; both champions play important roles in the Shredder composition (hyper-roll Xayah) with their ability to buff attack speed and quickly eliminate enemies. The 15% reduction in attack speed for Jarvan IV at 3-star level will result in a relatively lower DPS for Xayah.

With these small adjustments, it is likely that the upcoming 10.11 patch will focus more on balance rather than creating a new meta. Riot Games wants everything in Teamfight Tactics to be as stable as possible before the massive mid-season update of patch 10.12 rolls out.
