Xerath Falling Star Mage Team
With the introduction of the Saint Mother Janna, the 6 Mage composition has evolved into a distinctly different playstyle compared to before. Janna’s Whirlwind ability not only knocks up and damages enemies but also grants a significant amount of attack speed to allies. Therefore, even without many energy items, your Mage lineup can still cast spells effectively.
The special thing here is that Janna’s skill synergizes perfectly with Xerath, as the number of “falling stars” from Xerath is directly proportional to his attack speed. With the added stats from Janna’s skill, every time Xerath casts his ability, opponents will be overwhelmed by the continuous “falling stars” raining down on them.
Cassiopeia Tank
This name comes from the Vanguard – Mystic composition centered around the Serpent Woman Cassiopeia, who can deal extremely high damage while the frontline remains sturdy with Vanguard units. Even with the change to the Void tribe, just having 2 units can buff the damage of your carry, in this case, Cassiopeia.
A little tip for those wanting to use this composition is that if you can’t find Lulu or Soraka, you can use Bard as the Mystic unit in the lineup. Although he doesn’t require too many items, this champion will provide you with a sufficient amount of experience to level up faster and find other units more easily. In fact, if the game lasts long enough, Bard can even help you reach level 9.
Zed Blender
The Blender playstyle has officially returned to Teamfight Tactics, and this time the “chosen one” is none other than Zed. This champion has been recognized since his debut as being extremely compatible with the Duelist system, as the passive of this system allows Zed to continuously activate his passive and steal significant damage from enemies.
When the official version was released, Zed Duelist or Zed Blender became extremely powerful, even stronger as numerous Marksman compositions became the meta. Of course, the drop rate for the Spatula in season 3 is different from that in season 2, but if you’re lucky enough to obtain this item, Zed Duelist is the composition you should consider first.
