Faker Causes Two Teammates to “Suffer”
The match between Dplus KIA and T1, instead of being an intense showdown as many viewers had hoped, ended quite quickly with both games following a similar script. If in game 1, DK posed some challenges for T1, in game 2, the reigning World Champions simply devastated their opponents from start to finish. However, later, many viewers were “enlightened” when they learned the reason T1 was trying to take down DK as quickly as possible: because Faker had “harmed” his two younger teammates, Keria and Oner.

Specifically, after the victory against DRX, along with Faker’s birthday and his second career pentakill as the “G.O.A.T”, Faker took his teammates to his favorite restaurant. This caused Oner and Keria to suffer from stomach issues. This was also why, despite being named Player of the Match, Oner had to let Doran take the interview instead.
Of course, Faker’s comments were mostly lighthearted, but many viewers felt “lucky” that the health issues of the duo Oner and Keria did not affect their performance in this match. In fact, Keria even took a more proactive role in game 2, helping Gumayusi achieve a strong lane advantage early on.

Faker’s Comments Indicate T1’s Current High Form
Based on their performance, it can be said that T1 is in great form and the players’ mentality is also relaxed. Despite health issues, Oner and Keria still played well and contributed significantly to the team’s victory. It can be said that after a long period filled with conflicts, controversies, and drama, T1 fans are now enjoying happy days.

However, to truly test T1’s strength, we may have to wait for the upcoming matches, when they face two teams that are performing well, Gen.G and HLE. These are also the two names that will directly compete for a spot at MSI 2025 with T1, and even the smallest mistakes could cost them an entire game.
