T1 Superstar Still Has Many Aspects to Improve
One of the major changes in the new season of League of Legends is the position-based mission system within a team. Specifically, instead of the Power Threshold mechanism from the previous season (bonuses, First Blood…), in the new season, each position will have its own missions to activate the entire power system for that position, such as for ADCs it will be 7 item slots. However, according to a recent statistic, it seems that Peyz is genuinely facing some issues that prevent T1’s rookie from reaching his best state.

Accordingly, although T1 clearly operates under a “one ADC” strategy, with Keria consistently covering Peyz almost all the time during the laning phase, and Oner frequently “visiting” the Bot Lane, Peyz does not rank among the top 10 ADCs who complete their missions the fastest. Meanwhile, DK – a team far less robust than T1 – has Smash occupying 3 out of 10 names in this top 10 list.

In contrast, in the top 10 ADCs who completed their missions the slowest, Peyz occupies the top 2 spots. Of course, when looking at a team, one can identify where the team’s focus lies and formulate countermeasures. But compared to teams like DNS or DRX who also play “one ADC”, it is clear that Peyz has yet to make a strong impression. In fact, Peyz has even fallen behind his predecessor, Gumayusi, despite Gumayusi only using the champion Ziggs – a champion typically used to go to weak lanes and easily focused, which is also a “weakness” of Gumayusi.

But Peyz Still Has Many Opportunities to Improve Himself in T1 Colors
On a positive note, Peyz has just returned to the LCK environment, and many things have changed. But in this list, it is clear that Peyz has the most potential for improvement. Next to him now is the greatest leader and captain in League of Legends – Faker, and playing alongside him is the genius Support Keria. Therefore, Peyz can still improve himself and become the best version, helping T1 conquer titles this year.
