The Victory Over HLE Means More to T1 Than Just a Win
Before facing HLE, T1 was rated much higher. Currently, Faker and his teammates are on an unbeaten streak, with one of the main “victims” being the defending MSI 2025 champion – Gen.G. Therefore, T1 needed to be even more determined because if they win, they could potentially take the number 2 spot on the leaderboard from HLE. The actual results have shown: T1 is indeed overwhelmingly dominant.

The victory against HLE helped T1 extend their unbeaten streak in LCK 2025 Rounds 3-5 to 4 games and they are the only team still unbeaten in the second phase of this season’s LCK. Moreover, although this victory did not allow T1 to take HLE’s second position, it has indeed put the pressure on this team. In the future, both teams still have a series of return matches, and everything could be decided then.

T1 Ends First Two Weeks Perfectly but Challenges Lie Ahead
It can be said that, despite leaving empty-handed at MSI and later at EWC 2025, T1 is showing excellent form and has completed the first two weeks of competition successfully. However, ahead, after the victory over HLE, T1 will face Gen.G again, and this time, no one can guarantee that T1 will win. Gen.G is also very eager to defeat T1, and in a relaxed mindset, Chovy and his teammates will not hesitate to recreate their winning streak against T1.

However, T1 is currently showing very good form and somewhat instills confidence in fans. And while the results cannot be predicted, it is almost certain that T1 – Gen.G will still be a “Super Classic” with the best performances from both teams, worthy of the anticipation of the audience as well as the determination of both Gen.G and T1 this season.
