The couple’s party not only drew attention for its luxury and glamour but also for the star-studded guest list. Everyone attending the party noticed the many big names present, from KOLs, streamers, YouTubers to players and casters in the Vietnamese LoL scene and Vietnamese Esports in general. Notably, stars familiar to VCS audiences attracted significant attention, particularly SofM – the only Vietnamese player to achieve runner-up at Worlds.
Accordingly, fans spotted the extremely expensive outfit that SofM wore to the wedding of caster Van Tung – MC Mai Dora. First is the ring from the famous brand Cartier, named Love Wedding Band, Diamond Paved, priced at 7250 USD (about nearly 180 million VND). This is also believed to be the engagement ring from SofM to Lily. Not only that, SofM also donned a Louis Vuitton polo shirt embroidered with the phrase “Louis Vuitton Studios 1854” in a stylized manner. This shirt is priced at 32 million VND and is sold at the Louis Vuitton store in Vietnam.
Not just SofM, but recently, another player who once competed in the LPL like SofM also caught attention when disclosing information about the wealth they possess. According to Naver, a former champion of Worlds 2019 has purchased a house in the Hannam The Hill area in Seoul, South Korea. For those who don’t know, Hannam The Hill is home to many famous stars in the Korean entertainment industry such as Rain, BTS… This area is also on the list of the most expensive and unique apartments in Asia. The house of this player is said to be around 10.3 billion KRW (approximately 186 billion VND).
According to many speculations, excluding GimGoon – who has significantly declined since Worlds 2019, the only player from the FunPlus Phoenix lineup who may have plans to buy a house in Korea is Doinb.
