Community Discovers Severe Bug in T1 – HLE Match
Last week, T1 continued their winning streak, bringing it to four after a decisive 2-0 victory over HLE. In the second game, T1 faced numerous issues in the late game, and if it weren’t for Zeka’s mistake and Faker’s “godlike” play, the match could have gone to a third game with unpredictable outcomes. However, this match still had many noteworthy factors, one of which was the severe bug that appeared during the first game.

Specifically, T1 achieved First Blood, activated Conflict Tactics, secured 3 Voidlings, and also captured the Dragon, yet they did not own the Power Spike. The reason discovered later was that T1’s Conflict Tactics stacks were not being counted, causing the team to miss out on a crucial stack and get their Power Spike much later than usual.

Community Complains to Riot but Must Admit T1 Overwhelmed HLE
Fortunately, T1, with a significant advantage, managed to secure major objectives like the first tower and Dragon buffs, so they did not lose the Power Spike and easily crushed HLE for the remainder of the game. Had T1 lost the Power Spike and potentially the first game, Riot would have faced a wave of criticism.
However, this also highlighted another factor: T1 was overwhelmingly dominant over HLE in the recent matchup, to the point where HLE seemed to give up even before T1 activated their Power Spike. In the first game, as they were nearing the final Voidling, Peanut could not hold on, and perhaps this player’s mentality shattered from that point on.

But Riot also needs to check their game. In the upcoming match, T1 will face Gen.G, and if a bug occurs again, T1 will likely face difficulties as Gen.G is still in good form and proving that their loss to T1 two weeks ago was just an “accident.”
