On the evening of January 7 (Vietnam time), Riot unexpectedly released a trailer for the 2025 season Cinematic. Accordingly, Noxus – a land considered to embody all the elements needed to create a Hollywood film will be the main focus. At the same time, key characters from the Triad in Noxus have also been teased, causing immense excitement in the community.
In the clip, viewers can see the younger versions of familiar champions such as Darius, LeBlanc, Katarina, Elise, and Trundle… Especially with the teasing of Noxus potentially linking with Piltover, many opinions expect the upcoming seasons of Arcane to explore one of the most militaristic and powerful lands in Runeterra.
It can be said that compared to any other land, Noxus has always been the favorite among the League of Legends community. However, the trailer from Riot, with many hidden details, has sparked intense debate within both the Vietnamese and global League of Legends communities.
A Cinematic for Noxus or Will Riot Create a Major Series for the League of Legends Community?
However, there are many viewers in the community who doubt whether Riot will truly create a high-quality masterpiece about Noxus. The second part of the Arcane series is still quite ambiguous, and therefore, a sudden shift to Noxus would inevitably invite mixed opinions.
Additionally, since Noxus contains even more characters that are vast and complex compared to Piltover or Zaun, Riot must create something truly exceptional. Many viewers believe that the new movie series may not be released as soon as 2026.
