Legendary skins are the highest tier of skins in League of Legends and are reserved for those that have significant changes in visuals and voice lines compared to their original forms. The first Legendary skins were released by Riot Games a long time ago, but it wasn’t until recent years, when these skins came with lore and special interactions, that they received thorough updates.

Battlecast Cho’Gath is also a Legendary skin, but it was released a bit earlier, on March 8, 2012, which means that while the effects of this skin were beautiful at the time, they have gradually become outdated. Not to mention that later skins in the Battlecast line have been released, but Cho’Gath’s skin as a Legendary does not have any special interactions. This is why Battlecast Cho’Gath is receiving a comprehensive update.

In addition to the update for Battlecast Cho’Gath, Riot Games has also released previous announcements regarding Bard’s balance changes on the PBE server, as this champion is considered extremely strong in the hands of skilled players. Specific changes include:
Bard
W – Magical Journey: Cooldown increased from 12 to 14 seconds, movement speed bonus reduced from 50% to 30%.
E – Cosmic Binding: Cooldown increased from 18/17/16/15/14 seconds to 22/20.5/19/17.5/16 seconds.
