Three days – three historical markers
During the three days of the Proud Tour from August 30 to September 1, 2025, participants can visit three sacred locations closely linked to the glorious history of the nation.
The first destination is the Patriotic Fandom Booth at the Independence Festival – 80 Years of Proud Vietnam held at the pedestrian street around Hoan Kiem Lake. The vibrant space filled with colors and music recreates the heroic atmosphere of September 2, 1945, when the entire nation erupted in joy before the Declaration of Independence. This is also the starting point for participants to receive the Proud Passport, marking the beginning of their journey to collect commemorative stamps.
In addition, visitors can tour the 48 Hang Ngang House, where President Ho Chi Minh drafted the “Declaration of Independence.” The second floor of the house, which was once where he and the Central Party Committee met to discuss historical decisions, remains almost intact, providing a sacred feeling to anyone who visits.
The next stop in the Proud Tour is the Exhibition “80 Journeys of Independence – Freedom – Happiness” at the Vietnam Exhibition Center – VEC (Dong Anh, Hanoi). This space showcases hundreds of documents, images, and artifacts, guiding viewers through eight decades of history: from the early days of resistance to the modern nation-building efforts today.

Visitors who receive the Passport at the Patriotic Fandom Booth and travel using Xanh SM service (sharing the trip code via the app) will get the “proud” and “green travel” stamps at each destination. – At the Exhibition 80 Journeys of Independence – Freedom – Happiness: Visitors collect stamps and receive 01 “Patriotic” scarf at the Xanh SM Booth within the Vietnam Exhibition Center – VEC (Co Loa, Dong Anh) from August 30 to September 1.
