On July 13, according to information from the police of Thanh Vinh Ward, Nghe An Province, they have handed over the case related to Nguyen Thi Hoang Ngan, commonly known as “Ngân Baby” (born 2003, residing in Phuong Son Hamlet, Nghi Loc Commune, Nghe An Province) to the Investigation Police Agency (PC01 Department) – Nghe An Provincial Police for investigation in accordance with the law.

Previously, on July 12, the police of Thanh Vinh Ward, Nghe An Province, completed the procedures to request the temporary detention of Nguyen Thi Hoang Ngan to investigate her acts of “Causing public disorder” and “Intentionally damaging property”.
Earlier, as reported by Người Lao Động on the evening of July 11, Ngan went to eat ice cream at an ice cream shop on Le Hong Phong Street, Thanh Vinh Ward, Nghe An Province. After finishing her meal, Ngan stood up to get on her vehicle to leave.
Due to the motorcycle not starting, Ngan became frustrated, thinking that someone had tampered with her vehicle, and she began to smash tables and chairs, breaking the windows of cars on the street, and threw stones at an ATM.
Not only did she vandalize, but this girl also continuously screamed. The incident only stopped when several residents intervened to restrain her.
The incident attracted a large crowd of curious onlookers. Some witnesses reported that “Ngân Baby” showed unusual behavior and lost psychological control.
Upon receiving the report, the authorities arrived and took “Ngân Baby” to their headquarters for questioning. After the video was shared on social media, many people expressed their outrage at her disregard for the law.
