Huỳnh “Pake” Thanh Hoàng – the mid laner of EVOS Esports, recently posted a very emotional and cryptic status on his personal Facebook. Based on the content of the post, some gamers have suggested that Pake is indirectly hinting at being replaced at EVOS, despite having dedicated and made efforts throughout the season.

Pake joined EVS in December 2019 to replace Dia1, after the top mid laner of VCS decided to follow coach Tinikun to join GAM Esports. Pake himself had a fairly solid season at EVOS, but sharing a team with Dia1 naturally makes it difficult for him to secure a starting position over this star player.
The issue of Dia1 wanting to leave GAM Esports is something we all know, however, where this player will end up is still a big question. According to our exclusive source, Dia1 is currently the highest transfer valued player in VCS, and of course, the team wanting to acquire him must be a “big name” and willing to invest significantly.

Additionally, in a recent conversation with Levi on social media, coach Tinikun once again subtly mentioned “taking Dia1 out for a farewell meal,” and this farewell likely means saying goodbye to GAM Esports.
Connecting these clues, it seems that EVOS Esports is making specific moves to bring Dia1 back. Evidence suggests that Pake may leave or be benched to make way for Dia1. Moreover, EVS has just finalized a blockbuster contract with Zeros, another proof that “money is not an issue” for this team.

As for GAM Esports, it seems that this team has also made significant efforts to retain Dia1, but trying to hold onto someone who wants to leave is never a wise choice. Dia1 came to GAM for Tinikun, and when this coach left, it is understandable that he no longer feels attached to this team.
