Oner Reveals Secrets About the 2024 Worlds Skin and Faker’s Privileges
One of the factors that could “soothe” the spirits of T1 fans after the recent drama is the upcoming 2024 Worlds skin release (typically around mid-year). With T1 becoming the first team to win the Worlds championship twice in a row, the 2024 skin set is expected to be truly magnificent and worthy of the greatest team in League of Legends history. Among them, FMVP Faker’s skin must be particularly special.

Recently, in a post-match interview after the victory against Nongshim RedForce, Oner brought exciting news for the League of Legends community, especially fans of T1 and Faker. Specifically, Faker could become the first player in League of Legends history to have 2 skins for 2 different champions in the same Worlds skin line. According to Oner, the chosen champions will be Sylas and Yone.

Previously, there were leaks indicating that the Yone skin would be a Prestige Edition for the FMVP of the Worlds, implying that the Sylas skin would be a regular skin. However, many viewers expressed disappointment for Galio. This champion can also be considered one of Faker’s “signature champs” and marks the ups and downs of the “Demon King.” Nevertheless, it seems Riot has consulted on the revenue effectiveness of choosing Galio as a skin.
Furthermore, unlike Galio, Sylas is a champion that can fit various metas, and Yone is clearly a champion beautiful enough to be a skin. Therefore, it is understandable why Faker did not choose Galio.

Oner Believes T1’s 2024 Skin Will Be the Best Ever
Not only revealing details about the 2024 Worlds skin honoring T1, Oner also asserted that this will be the most beautiful skin set ever in the Worlds skin category. This is something that T1 fans have been looking forward to since they were still known as SKT T1. In the past, the skin sets were not particularly stunning due to the lower design technology. While the 2023 Worlds skins were decent, they were often confused with other existing skins from Riot and lacked many of T1’s distinctive features.
