The departure of Slayder and Palette from GAM made many fans wonder who would replace them in the new season, as they were the best options that GAM could have at present.
However, when backstage clips from GAM and statements surrounding his departure were released, Slayder received significantly more mixed opinions from VCS fans. The former star of SBTC Esports admitted to having a big ego, and he clearly expressed a desire for the entire team to play around him. In fact, there were several situations where Slayder overshadowed even Levi’s calls. This is a major taboo, especially since Levi remains the leader of GAM.
