The Player with the Most “Destiny” Against T1 from LPL
In the history of international League of Legends tournaments in general and at the World Championships in particular, Faker and SKT T1/T1 have defeated many teams from LPL. Of course, this also means that quite a few players have continuously become Faker’s “victims.” They may lose in the group stage, but many names have also been eliminated by Faker in the knockout stage or finals. However, among them, 369 is perhaps the “most unfortunate” player.

Specifically, since the ZOFGK lineup was formed (2022) until now when Zeus has left, 369 has faced T1 4 times in a row in the knockout stage and all 4 times he was eliminated by T1 from the tournament. To date, no player has been eliminated by T1 as many times in a row as the Top Laner currently wearing the TES jersey. Additionally, in these 4 encounters, 369’s team has only managed to achieve 2 wins while suffering 12 losses.
Before 369, Uzi was also considered a player with significant “destiny” against Faker, but in reality, Uzi has only lost to Faker 3 times in BO5 matches, and 1 of those was in the 2013 World Championship finals. The other two times, he was also eliminated by Faker in the knockout stage, but not 4 consecutive times like 369.

T1 May Still Be the “Nemesis” of LPL in the Future
According to some trade rumors that have been buzzing in the League of Legends community recently, LPL will undergo many changes in the near future. While it is still too early to assess whether these changes will yield positive or negative results for LPL, with what has been shown at Worlds 2025, the possibility of having more “victims” of T1 in the future is not surprising.

Moreover, currently, LPL does not have many players talented enough to become successors to the current superstars. Therefore, it will be difficult to expect that just one transfer window can immediately bring a different face to the League of Legends scene in the land of a billion people.
