Recently, during the offseason transfer period for the 2024 season, JD Gaming announced the addition of a new member to their roster. According to Hupu, the girl who claims to be Ale’s ex-girlfriend stated that she was in a relationship with him from July 2017 to January 2019. During this time, Ale allegedly abused her cat, which led to its death after he lost games. He was also accused of infidelity, using her money to rent hotels for his “third party” affairs as well as gambling with her funds.
Additionally, the girl mentioned that Ale promised to compensate her 100,000 RMB (approximately nearly 350 million VND) for the damages he caused before their breakup. However, Ale has often remained silent when asked for the money. Furthermore, according to her report, he managed to spend an additional 14,000 RMB (approximately nearly 50 million VND) and left her to “bear the debt.”
Not only that, according to the girl’s revelations, Ale’s fluctuating performance is due to his attitude towards teammates. She stated that Ale frequently argued with his previous teammates, leading to his constant roster changes over time.

On various forums, not only LPL fans but also the international League of Legends community expressed shock and engaged in heated debates. “Why would a team like JDG or previously EDG recruit him? If this is true, then Riot should permanently ban him from competing. Even without the personal issues, Ale has violated gambling rules while being a professional player,” one fan commented.
