It can be said that Nike has had many promotional campaigns in the professional esports industry over the years. But today, Nike has creatively partnered with T1’s Faker to guide the gaming community in yoga, with simple movements that can be done right at home.

Specifically, this is the first sports project Faker has collaborated on with Nike. It emphasizes the effectiveness of exercising, especially during the global pandemic lockdown. In about 30 minutes, Faker will join a coach from Nike Training Club to perform breathing exercises and movements for professional gamers who sit for long periods in front of the computer. These movements can enhance health for the shoulders, neck, back muscles, and are very easy to practice.
In the video, Faker also mentioned: “In esports, both mental and physical health are essential because players must always maintain a high level of concentration, so their health must meet that requirement. I hope that those who spend a lot of time indoors like professional gamers can improve their health through this video.”

It is evident that in one way or another, gamers should have some regular training methods to maintain their health. In esports, injuries are not uncommon, as exemplified by the iconic League of Legends player from China, Uzi, who has suffered multiple injuries. Therefore, only with stable health can one maintain their competitive form.
