Even before Viego officially launched, the community predicted that this champion would cause a plethora of bugs for League of Legends. If you remember, champions such as Mordekaiser, Sylas, Yuumi, and Neeko have also created many game-breaking bugs or unreasonable interactions. The common feature of these characters is their ability to interact with the skills, shapes, and stats of allied or enemy champions. Coincidentally, Viego possesses all of these features with his passive, Sovereign’s Domination.

And when Viego officially launched, the predictions of the League of Legends community were not wrong at all. Many bugs, from minor to major, have been discovered by players in recent times. In fact, many people even compare the current Viego to the “Bug King” of the past – Mordekaiser. Let’s take a look at some of Viego’s bugs, from mild to severe.
First, there’s the bug where Viego can use Lux’s E – Lucent Singularity while in Udyr’s body. This bug occurs when Viego kills Lux, possesses her body, and casts E – Lucent Singularity. If Viego then kills and possesses Udyr’s body while E – Lucent Singularity is still active, this champion can cast that ability in the form of Spirit Walker.
Next, there’s the bug where Viego is completely ignored by jungle monsters and cannot be killed by them. This interaction occurs when Viego kills Fizz and possesses that champion’s body. If Viego returns to his original form while in a state where he cannot be targeted during Fizz’s E – Playful/Trickster, the jungle monsters will completely ignore him.
Viego can also create a devastating circle and “one-shot” everything from enemy champions to Dragons and Baron. This bug occurs when Viego kills and possesses the bodies of Aurelion Sol and Yuumi. Somehow, Viego retains Aurelion’s stars after returning to his normal state. If Viego can continuously kill and possess Aurelion Sol and Yuumi, he will create a real circle of destruction.
The Ruined King also encounters an interaction bug when transforming into Hecarim. Specifically, after possessing Hecarim’s body, if Viego uses W – Soul Unbound and “inhabits” another champion, he will automatically use any ability of that character. In fact, if he “inhabits” Vayne, every hit from opponents on Viego counts with the effect of W – Silver Bolts.
The most absurd bug of Viego is causing players to be thrown out of the game entirely. To achieve this, Viego only needs to kill and possess Rell’s body. You can still deal a few basic attacks before being thrown out of the game with this bug.
The above are just some of Viego’s most notable bugs, and there are likely many more issues that players have yet to discover. With the current state, it won’t be long before Viego dethrones Mordekaiser as the “Bug King.”
