If anyone is a fan of G2 Esports or at least frequently follows news related to the “national circus” of the League of Legends scene, then the name Parvadi is certainly not unfamiliar. This die-hard fan of G2, with German and Dutch heritage, openly expresses her love for the team through her numerous jerseys and merchandise related to the squad.
Last year, Parvadi caused a stir in the League of Legends community when she confidently declared, “If G2 wins the Worlds, I will immediately make an adult film in the team’s outfit.”
Everyone knows that G2 is one of the top teams in the world; however, they rarely achieve good results on the global stage despite having long dominated Europe. In 2019, they won MSI but suffered a 0-3 defeat at Worlds. Nonetheless, Parvadi’s encouraging gesture at that time received countless praises, especially from fans of the “national circus.”
This year, like clockwork, Parvadi has continued with a new tweet on her personal page: “Adult film if G2 wins the Worlds? Version 2.0.”
Below the post, someone immediately reminded her of last year’s promise, and Parvadi explained that “it wasn’t that she deceived fans; it was just that G2 didn’t win the Worlds.”
Additionally, some fans believe she tweeted this because she is certain that this will never happen.
The 2021 LEC Summer Split started on June 11, and G2 currently holds a record of 2 wins and 1 loss (to Schalke 04). The team still maintains its core lineup from Spring 2021, and when G2 is in form and plays seriously, fans can fully believe that the “circus” can achieve high results and look forward to Parvadi’s promise becoming a reality.
