In League of Legends, many players love to use champions that can dive towers, because if the enemy team attacks the bottom or top lane, your team can completely dive the other lane and secure kills to balance the advantage between the two teams.
Here is a list of the super strong tower-diving champions in solo lanes:
Ornn

In lane, Ornn has a relatively fast wave clear compared to his tanky nature. Thanks to the combo of Volcanic Eruption (Q) + Bellows Breath (W), both minions and enemy champions will take massive damage (as W deals damage based on a percentage of the enemy’s maximum health). Even his Searing Charge (E) has high damage that scales with his armor and magic resistance, so even when building tanky, Ornn still deals a lot of damage.
Because he can buy items without returning home, Ornn often has an advantage in health and mana over his opponents, which also makes him eager to dive towers to take down low-health targets. With his ultimate, Call of the Forge God, having a very wide area of effect, it is extremely difficult for enemies to dodge, allowing Ornn to stack knock-up effects with E. If not, simply knocking enemies up with E is easier since the closer they are to the tower, the more likely they are to get hit. Diving towers is even easier with teammates, as Ornn will be the tank from start to finish, allowing his allies to comfortably secure kills and retreat safely.

Pantheon

In lane, Pantheon can poke, deal damage, or clear waves with his Comet Spear (Q). Even his stun ability, Shield Vault (W), is a very easy-to-use targeted ability, allowing Pantheon to easily call for jungle ganks. If he effectively utilizes his passive, Martial Cadence, Pantheon will always trade health favorably with his opponents.
Lastly, his Grand Starfall (E) continuously deals damage in front and blocks all incoming damage from the front (including from turrets). Thanks to these abilities, enemies standing near the turret have never been safe in Panton’s eyes. Upon reaching level 6, Pantheon can use his ultimate, Skies Descend, to gank or dive towers in other lanes to create advantages for his team.

Kled

During the laning phase, Kled can accelerate his wave clear with Tiamat. When trading hits with opponents, Kled can immobilize enemies with Bear Trap on a Rope (Q) and deal damage very quickly with Violent Tendencies (W), then Kled can choose to either “go all in” or safely retreat with Chaaaaaaaarge!!! (E).
If he wants to dive towers, Kled can rely on his passive, Skaarl, the Cowardly Lizard, because when Skaarl’s health runs out, if Kled is being shot by the turret, the turret will target another target (if available). Thus, Kled can completely push minions into the enemy turret, call for teammates to dive and secure kills efficiently. Not to mention his ultimate can help Kled and his teammates close the gap to enemies very quickly, allowing for swift roams to other lanes.

Volibear (New)

First of all, just looking at his new kit, Volibear has too many “traits” for diving enemy towers. Starting with approaching and delivering a stun with his Q, Volibear can create shields and attack enemies with E and W. If the enemy is not yet taken down, Volibear can unleash his ultimate to deal damage and disable the enemy turret for a few seconds.
With such a powerful kit, if Volibear calls for jungle assistance, enemy turrets become nothing more than “harmless toys” in his eyes, allowing him to bypass enemy turrets and finish off his prey.
