Although in URF mode all champions have their cooldowns reduced by the same percentage, there is one champion that becomes so incredibly strong that picking her guarantees a win. Because of this overwhelming strength, these champions are among the most hated in URF, and if you’re not playing, you should ban them outright to avoid “matches with results decided during the ban phase.”
Here is the list of the “cancerous” champions in URF:
Fiora

Regarding her power, just her overly “broken” skill in URF, Riposte (W), is enough for Fiora to block countless abilities in League of Legends. Additionally, her Q+E combo can deal massive damage to opponents. Ultimately, Fiora’s supreme strength in URF is her incredible lifesteal ability, making it extremely difficult to take her down when she has 2-3 lifesteal items, regardless of whether or not she has Grievous Wounds.
Hecarim

In normal mode, Hecarim is already a quite dangerous champion with his combo of Devastating Charge (E) + Rampage. In URF mode, Hecarim can even utilize that combo repeatedly, draining health or claiming kills every time he charges into battle.
Ezreal

He is one of the most annoying champions in URF because many times you won’t even see Ezreal’s face before being hit by a barrage of his skills. Especially in URF, whether playing AP or AD, Ezreal is still very powerful, making it easy for him to deal damage, poke, or go all-in effectively.
Twitch

In URF, Twitch becomes a true assassin with a playstyle of stealthily roaming across the map. Additionally, the Rain of Arrows rune is extremely suitable for Twitch in this mode as it allows him to take down opponents in 1-2 seconds, making it hard for targets to resist or escape safely.
Kassadin

Because he doesn’t consume energy, URF allows Kassadin to become a champion with extreme mobility thanks to his ultimate, Riftwalk. Many times, after stacking 4 charges, Kassadin can burst down a target in an instant, leaving them with no time to react.
Rumble

One of the reasons Rumble becomes an extremely strong champion is that he is not affected by Overheating which interrupts his skill usage. Thus, Rumble can spam skills continuously, creating shields and relentlessly chasing the enemy team. His ultimate, The Equalizer, combined with Zhonya’s Hourglass, allows Rumble to face many powerful champions in this mode.
Yuumi

Finally, this is the most frustrating champion in URF because she is too powerful. Yuumi can pair with any of the champions on this list, turning them into a deadly duo ready to “take on the world” by taking on many with fewer resources. Therefore, if you’re not playing Yuumi, this is definitely the champion you should ban the most.
