After the rework, Fiddlesticks’ ultimate ability remains largely unchanged, making his teamfight capabilities still extremely powerful. However, Riot Games has completely eliminated Fiddlesticks’ weakness of slow jungle farming, allowing him to clear the jungle much faster than many of the top meta jungle champions at the moment.
Specifically, for Fiddlesticks’ jungle route post-rework, you should pull the Red Buff and the Raptor camp close together and then use W – the lifesteal ability that can now hit all nearby targets around Fiddlesticks. Then, proceed to take the Wolf camp as usual, pulling the large Wolf towards the Blue Buff to deal additional damage to the Blue Buff if possible. Finally, pull the Blue Buff and the Gromp together and continue to lifesteal. With this jungle clearing method, Fiddlesticks will have 20 minion scores by the 3-minute mark, nearly full health, and still have one Smite left to contest the Scuttle Crab with the opponent.
Notably, Fiddlesticks does not need anyone to help him clear the jungle, allowing teammates to head to lane early to push minions or invade the enemy jungle, creating certain advantages.

With this jungle clearing speed, it is highly likely that this champion will rise to the top of the current meta. Simply put, Fiddlesticks has all the attributes of a standard jungle champion: fast jungle clearing without losing health, easy ganks and retreats with Fear (Q), strong teamfight presence with his ultimate, vision control, and the ability to deceive enemies with his passive, Harmless Scarecrow.
