As of now in the LCK Spring 2024, T1 is having a journey that can be considered acceptable. They have only lost to Gen.G in their opening match, winning all others and maintaining a position in the playoff contention as well as the top spot in the group stage. Not to mention, during this journey, T1 has defeated two opponents considered very tough, KT Rolster and Hanwha Life Esports. Both are strong names and also contenders in the race for the title this season.

However, one fact that is evident to the audience is that T1 has had matches that keep viewers on the edge of their seats. In particular, T1 seems to be planning to use this Spring’s group stage for experimental purposes. Of course, players like Zeus, Faker, Oner, and Gumayusi are still bringing out champions that align with the meta. But there is one player who is particularly playing very “chill” in the group stage of LCK Spring 2024 – that is Keria.

Known for being a Support with a wide champion pool, Keria has not hesitated to leverage this strength this year, especially as T1’s match schedule tends to be heavy in the early phase but becomes “easier” by mid-season. Moreover, T1 has already faced 3 out of 4 strong opponents this season and achieved 2 victories. The remaining name, Dplus KIA, has also seen many personnel changes and has lost to T1 numerous times since 2021.

Therefore, it’s no surprise that Keria is the Support using the most champions in LCK Spring 2024. In the 10 matches T1 has played so far, Keria has used 8 champions, with Milio and Nami appearing twice. Even champions that are not often seen like Pyke or, more recently, Nautilus have been brought out by Keria. This number is one champion higher than the next two players, BeryL and Effort. Moreover, for various subjective and objective reasons, Keria also boasts a significantly higher win rate at 70% (BeryL has 54.5%, while Effort only has 11.1%). Additionally, Keria is currently among the highest champion users in T1 (on par with Zeus, although the Top Laner born in 2004 has used Yone 3 times).

The effectiveness has clearly been demonstrated, as Keria, despite playing very “chill”, rarely makes mistakes in the matches so far. Moving forward, many fans will likely be looking forward to Keria bringing even more surprising names into the matches of LCK Spring 2024 and helping T1 secure more victories, especially against powerful rivals.
