The guy known as the “Best Master Yi” Cowsep is certainly not a stranger to the fans of League of Legends in Vietnam anymore. This “Western” streamer is particularly loved by the Vietnamese gaming community for always expressing his affection and admiration for League of Legends Vietnam.
Over many seasons, Cowsep has always turned to the Vietnamese rank as a place to interact and make friends with the fan community, while he also sees this as one of the most “harsh” servers in the world and has never stopped trying to conquer it.
However, since the start of Season 10 of League of Legends, Cowsep’s journey has been stuck for a long time at the Diamond rank on the Vietnamese server. Somehow, due to trolls ruining the game, teammates feeding, or even himself feeding as well, for many months now, “Saint Yi” Cowsep has still been unable to rise to the Master rank, and if by chance he ranked on an unlucky day, it wouldn’t be surprising for Cowsep to drop all the way down to Diamond IV.
To say Cowsep is one of the best Master Yi players in the world might be an exaggeration, but there’s no doubt about his gaming skills. Cowsep is capable enough to use Master Yi to an extraordinary level, moreover, he is very willing to apply unconventional playstyles in ranked games (as known, Cowsep is one of the few junglers who used Ignite instead of Flash for the first time in this 10th season).
With skill to spare, what’s the reason Cowsep is still struggling in Diamond? Many of his viewers have started to think that Cowsep is being subjected to some kind of “spiritual force” that is making him experience “karma”.
It was a while ago that this guy (or someone from his Editor team) sent a strong challenge to Teacher Ba – another skillful hot streamer who was also climbing the Diamond rank at that time.
Perhaps because he heard the name of the “Guardian God of Diamond” Teacher Ba, Cowsep used this teacher’s name as a talisman, hoping for more luck to climb to Master. However, as we all know, nearly 3 months after that gentle “collision”, Cowsep is still in Diamond, even Diamond III, not Diamond I.
And karma hasn’t just appeared now, because right after that caption, Cowsep has… failed to reach Master rank twice. And a few gamers began to joke with him that: “In League of Legends Vietnam, there are two spiritual forces that no one dares to mess with, one is Saint Gia Cat Du, nicknamed Always Wrong Guess – Pelu, and two is the Guardian God of Diamond I – Ba Roi Beo.”
