Faker’s Training Regimen Makes Even His Juniors “Fearful”
To maintain a high level of performance despite being at an age considered “past the peak of his career”, Faker obviously has to train a lot. However, recently, his younger colleagues from the VALORANT team revealed a training schedule of the “Demon King” that has surprised many.

According to the members of T1 VALORANT, Faker trains up to 14 hours a day. Of that, 6 hours are spent on scrims with the team. The remaining time is devoted to his personal practice. “I think training for about 10 hours a day is a lot, but he trains for 14 hours every day,” Xccurate – a member of T1 VALORANT shared.

It can be said that after deducting the 14 hours a day dedicated to League of Legends, Faker has about 10 hours left for meals (3 meals a day) and rest. Thus, even when doing everything in the shortest possible time, the rest time for Faker and his hands is also extremely limited.

Intense Training Regimen May Prevent Faker’s Injuries from Healing
With hands that have suffered serious damage after a long period of professional competition, Faker does not have adequate rest time. This can be considered a significant factor that prevents his hands from healing like those of a normal person. However, it can be understood that Faker is still able to compete, partly thanks to these grueling training schedules.

But all in all, at this point, Faker has achieved all the glory, influence, and greatness that a League of Legends player could ever dream of. Perhaps, he also needs to reevaluate his work schedule soon, especially since the audience does not want his injuries to worsen during the crucial stages of the season.
