A few days ago, the LPL community, as well as League of Legends fans in general, were shaken. Specifically, a girl with the nickname 小斋 (Lychee) accused Weibo Gaming’s AD Carry – Huanfeng of abusive behavior towards her. Notably, she also posted evidence in the form of a screenshot of a chat where Huanfeng discussed the loss of some water bottles he had bought, suspecting that his teammates at Suning had consumed them. He even mentioned to her that he planned to turn off the camera and drug his teammates’ drinks while they were sleeping.
The previous post by “Lychee” accusing Huanfeng of abusing her and intending to drug his teammates’ drinks at SN.
The incident has left the League of Legends community, particularly in the LPL region, in shock. This is because many of the former SN players are now gathering at WBG, except for Bin. Moreover, Huanfeng was previously involved in a “double-dating” scandal after the 2020 World Championship. As a result, although both Huanfeng and WBG have remained silent after the incident, most viewers seem to lean towards the side of the girl, Lychee. At the same time, there is a predominant concern expressed for the members of WBG.

However, recently, there has been a new development. Specifically, the posts accusing Huanfeng on “Lychee”‘s personal page have disappeared. Instead, she posted a heartfelt letter that likely contains Huanfeng’s words. The content of this image is Huanfeng’s apology to her: “I’m sorry not only for this but also for our relationship. I am still too childish and immature. Many times I cannot control myself and have hurt you. Please find someone more mature, not like me. I also hate myself greatly.”

However, Huanfeng’s post has still left many feeling outraged. Right below “Lychee”‘s post, an internet user commented: “Is this a cliché? Why do people keep using youth as an excuse to justify hurting others?”

Nevertheless, both Huanfeng and WBG have not commented on this incident. On Weibo, related posts about the incident have nearly disappeared. However, with Huanfeng’s apology, perhaps this scandal of his will soon “fade into the past.”
