In recent years, the music products that Riot Games has produced, such as Pop Star and Giants, have all been successful, at least among League of Legends players. They also introduced extremely beautiful skins like the K/DA and True Damage groups, which have been enthusiastically received and greatly loved by the community.

The common feature of these products is that they are all incredibly catchy and easy to attract players. In fact, Riot even applied this formula to the song Warriors when remaking it into a much more listenable version compared to the original by Imagine Dragons.
Because of this trend, many long-time League of Legends players, who are attached to super quality products like Lightbringer or Mortal Reminder, feel extremely regretful and believe that Riot will abandon the Pentakill group. However, in the latest move from Riot Games employee, Riot Praeco, we can rest assured that a product from the Pentakill group will be produced; the important question is when.

I don’t know about you, but I’m really looking forward to more songs from Pentakill.
The first album was released in 2014, the second in 2017, and with a cycle of every three years, the third album should be this year, 2020. I’m extremely excited.
Edit: Some people seem to be as excited as I am; here are my thoughts on the new lineup: Morgana and Yorick (or Garen as a new member) will be the lead vocals, Kayn on guitar, Darius on bass guitar, and Ekko on drums. It’s really fun to have many people who also like the Pentakill group and share their predictions.

I doubt that will happen.
Riot Praeco: Why not?
Don’t do that, don’t give us hope (this is a famous line from Avengers: Endgame by Hawkeye).
Wait, are you confirming this?
Riot Praeco: I mean, yes, we will definitely make another album; the only question is when. Everyone is extremely excited for such products to return.
Riot Praeco not only confirmed this, he even asserted that the next album from Pentakill will retain the powerful essence of previous products while adding new elements. Although it’s just comments on Reddit, it has made League of Legends players extremely hopeful for another blockbuster product from Riot Games; what could be better than the famous Rock group Pentakill returning, right?

Interestingly, the names of the Pentakill group’s albums are the names of summoner spells (album Smite & Ignite) or rune names (album Gasp of the Undying). Meanwhile, the song titles are taken from item names, such as Mortal Reminder and Deathfire Grasp (unfortunately, this item has been removed).

Perhaps in the next album, this tradition will be maintained; who knows, we might have an album called Dark Harvest with the theme song Trinity Force that we don’t know about yet.
