Recently, Lê Hà Anh Tuấn – the 12-year-old prodigy has continuously created a buzz in the PES community as well as among Vietnamese gamers in general. After impressive achievements such as defeating the Top 1 player from South Korea in a Bo10 match, winning the “remote battle” against 7 South Korean masters, and crushing the Top 3 South Korean team with a score of 4-0, Lê Hà Anh Tuấn has been widely reported by the media.
It was thought that such numerous “victories” in gaming would cause Lê Hà Anh Tuấn’s studies to decline, making it easy for parents and the school to restrict him. However, quite the opposite occurred; with the help of his older brother, Lê Hà Anh Tuấn has managed to balance his studies and gaming. He dedicates 3 hours daily to studying and completing homework, and only during his free time does he practice gaming.

Thanks to having a clear plan and innate talent, Lê Hà Anh Tuấn was able to convince his parents and gain support from his family to pursue a career in Esports, with a commitment to ensure his studies. Even at the age of 12, this prodigy has already earned income from participating in grassroots tournaments since he was little.
Recently, there was even more joy for Lê Hà Anh Tuấn when the fanpage of Lý Thường Kiệt Secondary School, where he studies, unexpectedly posted information about this PES prodigy as a “shining example” in balancing studies and gaming, stating that aside from participating in PES tournaments, Tuấn still excels in his academic responsibilities at school.
This not only surprised the online community but also marked a positive sign for the gaming world. As time has passed and the 4.0 era has arrived, the perception of gaming has changed, and the benefits of this form of entertainment have gradually been recognized by society.
According to Ms. Nguyễn Phương Thảo – the homeroom teacher of class 6A4, where Lê Hà Anh Tuấn studies, she shared: “Lê Hà Anh Tuấn is a quick-witted, active, intelligent student who is very friendly with friends and teachers. At the end of the 2019-2020 school year, Tuấn excelled with a final grade average of 9.0, earning the title of excellent student.”

Currently, after completing a full academic year, Lê Hà Anh Tuấn continues to pursue his passion for PES. He is one of 8 Vietnamese players participating in the first ViettelTV Cup, an extravagant tournament with a prize pool of 120,000,000 VND, gathering 24 players from 6 countries. The first ViettelTV Cup tournament, with Lê Hà Anh Tuấn’s participation, is currently in the group stage.
Although he admits to not having too many ambitions in this tournament due to the presence of many outstanding players, fans of PES and gamers in general still hope that Lê Hà Anh Tuấn will once again surprise everyone in this tournament with his innate talent.
Surely in the future, Lê Hà Anh Tuấn’s path will continue to develop further and promises to be one of the pioneers bringing Vietnamese esports to stand alongside traditional sports.
