As one of the teams participating in VCS Spring 2021, SBTC is highly anticipated by many fans for a “dream team.” However, while we wait to know the official roster of SBTC aside from marksman Celebrity, let’s take a look at the “Dream Team” that this team has with names that have long aspired to “shake up” VCS:
Jungle – “The Control King” Sena
Known by the community with many names such as SofS, Black Emperor, Ning Hai Phong, and the Control King, fans still do not know if VCS can “contain” Sena. Many fans believe that Sena is a “raw gem that becomes rougher the more it is polished,” still in the process of unlocking his potential, not yet ready to return to compete in a tournament like VCS.
On the other hand, many fans believe that Sena will do everything possible to participate in VCS 2021 in SBTC’s colors with the main goal of “making money.” Many think that “selling Flash” at VCS would be much more valuable than on his personal stream.
Top Lane – “The Strategic Master” Baroibeo
Baroibeo, or Teacher Ba, has long been considered one of the formidable opponents with great variability and the ability to carry the team in… Diamond rank in Vietnam. However, many fans refer to Teacher Ba as “the strategic master” because, according to Celebrity, every time he appears as a coach at VCS, the strategies he comes up with are simply spontaneous ideas from Teacher Ba, showing how quickly he thinks. The notebook Teacher Ba casually holds is because he was calculating the profits from selling dried chicken while sitting down.
Additionally, in the recent VCSB season, Teacher Ba played in the top lane for SBTC, so it is highly likely that he will compete regularly in VCS next season if the official and substitute players in this position are sick, have hand injuries, or other issues. However, Teacher Ba has also said on stream, “Don’t joke anymore, we (SBTC) are no longer as funny as before, we are here to win… oh, I mean to win the championship,” so we still don’t know if Teacher Ba will compete next season or simply serve as the “soul” of the team.
Mid Lane – Petland
Having competed in VCS many years ago, SBTC fans believe that now that Petland returns to the domestic league, he will still rank among the top mid laners in Vietnam, though fans did not specify the criteria for this ranking.
Marksman – Celebrity
Known as the “international marksman” in the Vietnamese League of Legends community, Celebrity is one of the few marksmen in VCS to have participated in Worlds, even if only reaching the play-in stage. This time, Celebrity has secured a spot in SBTC’s unpredictable roster with hopes of winning VCS 2021, but some fans believe he is only here to “bring comedy” with Teacher Ba.
Support – Noway
Having announced on his personal Facebook that he would return in the support position, Noway has made fans curious whether he will come back to “snatch the rice bowl” from Slay or to reclaim the marksman position from Celebrity.
